Who can submit writing to the Law Review?
We invite current UT Dallas students who are members of UTDULR and have participated in our Writing Seminars and Workshops to contribute. If you missed these events, please email us, and we’ll provide you with information on how to catch up!

What types of articles are accepted?
We accept a range of submissions, including blog posts (500-750 words), essays (2,000-6,000 words), and scholarly articles (7,000-10,000+ words).

How can I become a member of the UTDULR?
Membership is offered to all undergraduate students at UTD. Check our “Get Involved” page for the membership form and more details on the application process for the Executive Board.

How does the editorial review process work?
Once a first draft is received, it undergoes an initial review by 1-2 assigned staff and managing editors. The managing editors will share a timeline for this draft. Authors will collaborate with the editors through multiple drafts throughout the semester.

Are there opportunities for non-members to get involved?
Yes, there are various ways to get involved, including participating in events, contributing to issues, and attending our workshops and seminars. Keep an eye on our “Events” page for upcoming opportunities.
